I began my acting career as a senior in high school.  All throughout my school life, I had only been an athlete, playing basketball, football, and soccer.  Then my senior year, I wasn't playing basketball so some of my friends told me to do the musical, Mary Poppins, as a joke.  Only auditioning for a role with one line, I didn't expect much, but ultimately, I was cast in a lead role.  From then on, I slowly began to fall in love with the process of creating a character and bringing it to life.
